• The maximum and minimum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled or refunded in accordance with hi31's specific policy.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, it will be counted at odds of 1.00.

Hi31 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the specific terms of each promotion also apply.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new users one time only. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn, typically ranging from 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Free bets can only be used on specified events and cannot be converted to cash.
• Only the net profit from bets placed with bonus funds may be withdrawn — the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn.
• Hi31 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time, particularly if misuse is suspected.
• Cashback bonuses are generally calculated as a fixed percentage of your net losses for the week.
